- Do you constantly change your mind?
- Does making decisions tire you out?
- Are you a procrastinator?
- Do you mostly feel frustrated and overwhelmed?
All signs you aren’t hearing Gods will for your life.
I have learned firsthand, when we aren’t doing what God has laid on our hearts to do we will always feel lost and empty. Like we aren’t anchored to anything. 1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. God IS NEVER CONFUSED about what He has planned for us
For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)
The more you stay in confusion the more doubt you attract into your life and the more doubt you attract the harder life gets. Its fear that breeds confusion and fear keeps you like a deer in headlights. Paralyzed!
Confusion, frustration, anxiety are all signs its time to “let go and let God.” The bottom line is this.. God wants you to surrender to His plan for your life. And, He is willing to help you uncover that plan.
Its time to get on His path! Here’s how you do that.
Here’s what to do to get on God’s path for your life:
Pray for discernment and wisdom.. and have FAITH
The key word here is FAITH. Know in your heart whenever you ask He always answers. ALWAYS! The next big step is.. TRUST. When the answer comes you must trust it. No second guessing.
Get out your soul journals and write the answer out. I find that seeing it in black and white eliminates the confusion and for me makes it all the more real. Your soul journal will be a great comfort to you when you feel unsure. You can look back and find Gods peace right there.
Be a DOER
What’s the point of asking to be shown if you aren’t planning on doing anything with what you are given. Seems silly, right? You cannot get peace OR result out of intentions. You must take action! One really neat thing I have found is whenever I take action He provides even more action steps for me to take! Before long I have a PATH TO TRAVEL that is His will!
Here is the best part. He loves us so much we get do-overs. If it doesn’t feel right go back to Him. Have conversations with Him until you get it righ
t. He is a fair and just God who loves us UNCONDITIONALLY!
