If you are like I WAS you probably find yourself swinging from thought to thought trying to ease the pain in your life. Trying to free yourself from anxiety and worry. The reality is this is causing MORE pain.. The Buddhist call this way of thinking monkey mind.. and it serves NO PURPOSE except to keep you stuck.
