Write out the beliefs about what you learned about yourself when you were young from:
A. Father

  1. List out the messages you are still holding on to today that dominate your thoughts about yourself.

  1. List the messages that do not support your highest good; i.e. your happiness, dreams, confidence etc

  1. Are these messages TRUTH or a LEARNED BELIEFS?  A learned belief is a thought that has been thought so often that it is seen as a truth.  Truth is something that can be proven with facts.

  1. What thoughts can you replace the learned belief messages with and turn them into positive messages/thoughts? Which messages do you just simply want to get rid of?
